We would like to inform you that we recently experienced a small business interruption at our warehouse. Over the holidays, there was a minor electrical fire that was extinguished very quickly by the sprinkler system. While the situation was contained promptly, there was resulting smoke and water damage to several area’s.

As a result, we have had to act quickly to continue operations. Effective immediately, we are temporarily operating out of 770 Birchmount Road, Unit 25 for pickups and online orders only. Unfortunately, we are unable to open a showroom at this temporary location while repairs are ongoing at our primary facility.
Please rest assured that any orders affected by this incident have already been reordered for replacement. We have been advised that the turnaround time for these replacement items will be approximately 2–3 weeks.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
The owners would also like everyone to know that we fully intend to reopen our store by spring. We are committed to coming back bigger and stronger than before, and we truly appreciate your continued support.
